Commercial (Unlimited) License

Overview

This Commercial (Unlimited) License applies to PSD mockup files and related downloadable assets made available through Excellent Mockups.

When you download a mockup file from Excellent Mockups, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable license to use that file for personal and commercial projects, subject to the restrictions described below.

1. What You Can Do

You may use Excellent Mockups files for a broad range of personal and commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

• Creating product images, listing images, advertisements, marketing graphics, portfolio images, client presentations, website graphics, social media images, and promotional materials.
• Using the mockups for your own business, brand, client work, freelance work, agency work, or commercial design projects.
• Editing, customizing, modifying, resizing, cropping, or otherwise adapting the mockup files to fit your project needs.
• Exporting finished images from the mockup files for use in commercial or personal projects.
• Using finished exported images in online stores, websites, social media posts, advertisements, portfolios, presentations, and other commercial or personal media.
• Using the mockups for unlimited personal and commercial projects.
• Using the mockups with no limit on impressions, views, audience size, ad spend, number of clients, or number of finished exported images.

2. What You Cannot Do

You may not use Excellent Mockups files in a way that competes with Excellent Mockups or redistributes the source mockup files themselves.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, share, transfer, distribute, give away, or otherwise provide the original downloadable mockup files to others.
• Upload the original mockup files, modified mockup files, or substantially similar source files to any digital asset marketplace, stock asset platform, mockup library, template library, file-sharing site, or competing download website.
• Use the files to create, operate, populate, or support a competing mockup library, digital download library, template marketplace, design asset website, or similar service.
• Sell access to the mockup files themselves, whether individually, bundled, modified, repackaged, renamed, or included in a subscription or membership library.
• Redistribute the mockup files in a way that allows another person to extract, download, edit, or reuse the original source file or a substantially similar source file.
• Claim ownership or authorship of the original mockup files themselves.
• Use automated tools, bots, scraping systems, or mass-download systems to copy, archive, mirror, or redistribute the Excellent Mockups library.

3. No Attribution Required

Attribution is appreciated but not required. You do not need to credit Excellent Mockups when using exported images in your personal or commercial projects.

4. Ownership

Excellent Mockups retains ownership of the original mockup files and related downloadable assets. This license gives you permission to use the files under the terms described here, but it does not transfer ownership of the original files to you.

You retain ownership of your own original artwork, branding, designs, and content that you place into the mockups.

5. Third-Party Rights

You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork, branding, logos, trademarks, text, product designs, or other materials you place into the mockups are lawful for you to use.

Excellent Mockups does not grant rights to third-party trademarks, logos, brand names, copyrighted works, or other third-party intellectual property that you may choose to add to a mockup.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Excellent Mockups files or exported images in unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, or harmful ways.

You may not use the files in a way that falsely implies endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or affiliation with any person, company, brand, or organization unless you have the right to make that representation.

7. No Warranty

Excellent Mockups files are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to provide useful, high-quality mockup files, but we do not guarantee that any file will meet every specific use case, software setup, business need, or technical requirement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Excellent Mockups is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or other damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the files provided through the website.

9. Changes to This License

We may update this license from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current version that applies to files downloaded from Excellent Mockups unless otherwise stated.
